Her communication is always extremely quick and clear. If problems come up, she is always right on it, letting us know what's going on and making sure everybody is on point and getting the problem fixed. For example, we worked with Mary a few months ago on a project with an extremely tight deadline, and there was a snafu w/ the artwork. We were sure that we weren't going to have the discs back in time. Mary worked for that release like it was her own and we had the discs in the mail the day of the show. Really amazing. Also, Elaina is equally excellent at customer service. I'd also like to note that Bellweather has a top notch art dpt. The product always comes back looking better than expected.
